These Terms are in addition to, and are not a substitute for, any costs agreements and retainers entered into by you for legal services or other offerings with us. Where there are any inconsistencies, your costs agreements and retainers with us will prevail.
1 Registration
Although you are not required to do so, You may choose to voluntarily register an account to access some functions on our appointment booking system. The appointment booking system is managed and hosted by our external third-party website hosting provider and your data may be stored on their servers which are located outside of Australia. Any data provided as part of your registration, and your registration itself, may be subject to our website hosting provider’s terms of use and privacy policies in addition to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that we are not responsible for, or do not have control over, our website hosting provider’s use, handling and management of your data.
When you register and activate your account, you will provide us with personal information such as your name and email address. You must ensure that this information is accurate and current. We will handle all personal information we collect in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
When you register and activate your account, we will provide you with a user name and password. You are responsible for keeping this user name and password secure and are responsible for all use and activity carried out under this user name.
